Location: National (Remote/Flexible with Travel)

The Role

As an End-Point Assessor, you will:

  • Conduct independent, final assessments of healthcare apprentices.
  • Use a range of methods including observations, discussions, and portfolio reviews.
  • Apply fair, consistent grading against apprenticeship standards.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism in reporting.
  • Participate in training and moderation sessions to ensure consistency across assessments.

  • Teaching/assessing qualifications such as A1, TAQA, CAVA, PGCE, or AET
  • An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
