Are you a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant looking to make a difference in patient care? Goodwill Healthcare Services Limited (GHS CARE) is seeking multiple experienced and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join our healthcare settings in York, Leeds on a rota and shift basis.

Position Type: Zero Hours Contract (Temporary)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £18.32 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily care needs, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and report changes
• Assist in diagnostic tests and communicate results to healthcare providers
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Maintain professional communication with staff, external professionals, service users, and families

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare setting (preferred in UK)
• Relevant healthcare qualifications or training
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
• Active DBS

Working Conditions

• 12‑hour shifts
• Rota/Shift basis
