A leading NHS trust in Liverpool is seeking Band 3 Nursing Assistants to join the Ward 25 team. In this role, you will assist registered nurses in providing high-quality care to patients, focusing on personal hygiene, feeding, and general support tasks. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Band 3 Nursing Assistants to join the Ward 25 team.
Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the applicant will assist the Ward/Department team in providing the highest possible standard of care for patients and their families/carers.
The post holder will undertake a range of tasks and duties as delegated by a registered nurse.
The role will involve participating in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, and in all aspects of patient care—particularly pressure ulcer care, personal hygiene, toileting and feeding. The post holder will report progress and concerns to the Registered Nurse (RN).
