A community healthcare provider in West Carr is seeking a reliable and self-motivated healthcare assistant to join the community nursing team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care within patients' homes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential, and the successful candidate will have a named supervisor and an individually tailored development plan. Main duties of the job: CHCP CIC is committed to developing its clinical workforce and therefore offers the successful candidate opportunities for further study and career progression. You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which work in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
