A UK healthcare provider in Falmouth is seeking a candidate to support outpatient clinics by assisting with clinic flow and providing administrative support. Ideal applicants should be friendly and reliable, with flexibility to support a dynamic team. The role includes patient interaction and assisting with specialist investigations, contributing to the quality of care in the community. Opportunities for training and professional development will be provided.
Work flexibly to support the provision of outpatient clinics, assisting with clinic flow, undertaking specialist investigations in relation to the clinic speciality and providing support for visiting clinicians. Providing the booking in of patients and attending to patient's general needs in the outpatient department. All interventions will be carried out to a high standard under the supervision of the registered nurses or outpatient department practitioners. To provide admin and clerical support as needed to members of the team. This role may involve minor injuries, day unit and ward support at times.

We are small but busy and dynamic team, covering a wide range of specialist outpatient clinics and providing IV treatments in the Day Unit. The successful candidate will receive full support with training needs and ongoing opportunities for professional development.
