We have exciting new opportunities in Coventry and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team. You will support children and adults with complex care needs, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care tailored to each individual’s needs. In this role, you will support clients with clinical interventions, daily care routines, and personal care, while promoting independence and dignity at all times. You will also encourage and support clients to take part in meaningful activities, such as spending time with family and friends and accessing the local community. Support may include assisting with evening and bedtime routines, providing companionship, remaining attentive and responsive, and addressing care needs as they arise throughout your shift. When working with younger clients, you will engage them in activities they enjoy, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory‑based activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs while working within a supportive and professional care environment. The client may request either female or male staff.
If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, person‑centred care and meet the requirements outlined above, we'd love to hear from you. To apply, please submit your CV through this job board.
