Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and their meals.
  • Support mobility needs and encourage independence where possible.
  • Follow individual care plans and record any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Assist with medication administration if trained.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals provide high quality care.
Experience & Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare or care settings preferred.
  • No prior experience? We may consider you if you show compassion, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
  • Support to gain NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care if not already held.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in caring for others.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care) is desirable but not essential as this will be provided.
