Responsibilities
- Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
- Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
- Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
- Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
- Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
- Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
- Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
Requirements
- Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.
- Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
