Qualifications

• Experience of managing a Health Visiting caseload.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Experience of leading the assessment, planning and evaluation of care.
• Experience of integrated working.
• Ability to use email, internet and word processing software.
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
• Manage a caseload of universal partnership and partnership plus families.
• Collaborate with other agencies safeguarding children and families.

Education

BSc/Public Health Nursing - Health Visiting or equivalent
