A prominent healthcare provider in Chandler's Ford is seeking a qualified Health Visitor to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. You will lead a dedicated team in improving outcomes for children through effective assessments and communication. We’re looking for a qualified Health Visitor who is highly skilled in communication, with a strong approach to teamwork to join the Eastleigh North Team based in Chandler's Ford.
You will be someone who can lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, especially the 6 High Impact Areas, using evidence-based practice. As a team player, your role will require excellent assessment skills and effective partnership working to develop personalised care for your caseload.
