Job summary

A prominent health organization is seeking a Health Visiting Team Assistant to provide administrative support for its dynamic health visiting team at Longsight Health Centre. The role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with a methodical approach to data management. Ideal candidates will have experience in office settings, emphasize confidentiality, and possess a flexible attitude. This position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 per annum (pro rata).

Qualifications

• Experience presenting data in a usable and clear format.
• Good telephone manner.
• Understanding of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of the Health Service.

Responsibilities

• Update and input data onto the EMIS System.
• Liaise with health professionals and other agencies.
• Ensure filing of manual and electronic records are accurate and up to date.
• Assisting the Health Visitor Team with administrative tasks.
