A leading engineering and construction company is seeking a Project Health & Safety Manager to oversee safety management for a major rail project. The position offers a salary up to £65,000 per annum plus car allowance. Candidates should possess relevant Health & Safety experience and hold or be working towards CMIOSH. Responsibilities include promoting a safety culture on site, communicating with stakeholders, and managing safety challenges. This role is integral to ensuring safety standards on large-scale construction sites in the Kent region.

The client is one of the leading engineering and construction companies in the UK and provide specialist building, civil engineering, and rail expertise to a range of markets to provide a truly integrated service to clients. They possess proven experience and deliver successful projects in a wide range of industries, including commercial, industrial, education, rail infrastructure and depots, airports, waste, and energy. They will support both financially and through mentorship towards chartership and other relevant qualifications.
You will be an experience Health & Safety Manager who either currently holds your CMIOSH or working towards chartership. You will have experience working within major projects, with the ability to communicate effectively with the client. The project will be focused on Earthworks, Structures, Stations, Drainage and Civils.
Salary up to £65,000 per annum, 45 hours a week, Car or Car Allowance, Matched Pension to 5%
