Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate and implement health and safety policies across the organisation.
  • Advise project teams and engineers on the day-to-day application of the UK health and safety management system, ensuring compliance and reporting against key metrics.
  • Act as a key point of for third-party organisations, including contractors, clients, and enforcement agencies.
  • Prepare and present HSE reports to the senior management team.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the health and safety strategy.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role within utilities, fit-out, refurbishment, or mechanical & electrical sectors.
  • A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification at certificate level (or equivalent).
  • The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, compliance, and regulations.
