Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor

Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £37,000 + £5,000 car allowance, great benefits and training & development opportunities

Are you a Health & Safety professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact across multiple environments? We’re recruiting for an HSEQ Advisor to join a dynamic business, supporting safety standards across factory, office, and site operations.

This is a varied position where no two days will be the same - from carrying out audits in a busy manufacturing environment to advising on safety during on-site installations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and building a strong culture of safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day health, safety, and environmental standards in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Carrying out weekly inspections, monthly scored audits, and accident/incident/near-miss investigations.
• Visiting client sites to oversee installation activities and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Supporting senior HSEQ leaders in developing and improving internal systems and processes.
• Creating Risk Assessments and Method Statements in partnership with managers.
• Working closely with HR and training teams to identify and deliver staff training needs.

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential), NEBOSH Construction would be advantageous.
• Previous manufacturing or site-based health & safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and safe systems of work.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Full UK driving licence.
