A community leisure organization in Hounslow is seeking a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to oversee health and safety compliance across its leisure centres. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH qualification, proven experience in health and safety within the leisure or hospitality sector, and strong leadership skills. About the Job
As a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive health and safety support and advisory service to our Lampton Leisure division, ensuring that compliance (relating to health and safety, and other business risk areas) is monitored, controlled and reported appropriately to the Managing Director. You will work as part of Lampton Leisure’s Senior Leadership Team and be involved in the development of strategy, planning, budget and performance management for the service, and look to implement projects to improve ‘health, safety and compliance’ functional remit performance, drive effective and efficient work practices, and drive compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice and governing body requirements.
