This charity care organisation operate a number of care homes surrounding Winchester, currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to support Estates & Facilities Team, allowing exceptional care for residents and a safe working environment for everyone.
They already have some great procedures in place, and so you will help to maintain standards, provide advice, audit systems and continue to build a positive safety culture within the organisation. This will include managing health and safety, and fire safety across several sites, training and investigations, which will include local travel. You will also have the opportunity to make positive changes to keep developing their safety processes and keeping them up to date with any necessary changes.

Salary is up to 40,000.
