A UK housing association is seeking a Health and Safety Adviser to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves supporting managers, conducting site audits, and delivering training sessions. Ideal candidates will have health & safety experience, a valid UK driving license, and relevant qualifications. The position includes a salary range of £38,960 - £44,000, 25 days holiday, and a contributory pension with flexible working options.
Health and Safety Adviser
Salary: £38,960 - £44,000 plus a car allowance of £3,894 per annum
Location: Staines office base with travel to sites across London and Southwest and hybrid working.
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
DBS check required: Standard
We are looking for a Health and Safety Adviser to join our dedicated Governance and Compliance department. The successful candidate will support the Health and Safety Managers in ensuring the Group fulfils its duties and responsibilities under relevant legislation by providing Health and Safety advice and guidance to develop a proactive Health and Safety culture, effective Health and Safety management and compliance and minimise the occurrence and impact of incidents or accidents.
