Job Description

Procare Nursing Agency Ltd is a well-established care provider throughout Wales. We are looking for healthcare support workers to undertake a range of personal care duties for service users and provide support functions within various residential settings (e.g. NHS & private hospitals – including mental health units; schools & colleges for student with learning disabilities; supported living accommodation). Housekeeping and clerical duties may also be required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users in residential settings (NHS hospitals, private hospitals, mental health units, schools and colleges, and supported living accommodations).
  • Assist with daily living activities and support functions as required.
  • Perform housekeeping and clerical duties as part of the care and support role.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently, follow instructions, and provide feedback when required.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 6 months experience required for NHS settings.
  • NVQ level 2 or above and/or relevant experience preferred.
  • Full training or update training provided.
Availability

Full or Part-time. Day shifts, night shifts, and weekends available.
