Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support to patients/residents
• Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Support nursing staff with clinical observations (if trained)
• Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality, and respect at all times
• Record and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff
• Follow care plans and contribute to a safe and supportive environment
