A healthcare practice in Ipswich is seeking a part-time Health Care Assistant to join their skilled nursing team for 18 hours per week. We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our busy nursing team for 18 hours per week, in our rural, yet modern practice. You will be working under the direct supervision of a senior practice nurse.
Duties are varied and include general nursing tasks such as patient health checks, vaccinations/injections, chaperoning, urine analysis, ECGs and BP readings and taking blood as well as ordering medical supplies and re-stocking consulting rooms. You will also assist in the assessment and monitoring of patient health and help raise awareness of health and well-being.
We are a 13,800 patient practice with 4 GP partners and a strong, supportive nursing team. We use SystmOne.
