Overview

Account Manager | Health & Beauty | Print & POS | c£40,000 | North Hertfordshire (Hybrid working)

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced PrintAccount Manager / Project Manager, ideally with bags of Large Format / POS (Point of Sale) knowledge to join a fantastic client of ours working within their Health & Beauty team. Working within a team servicing their lovely accounts, the Account Manager role is very much about building strong relationships with clients. As the Account Manager you will include taking effective written and verbal briefs and working collaboratively with all internal departments.

Some of the POS Account Manager / Project Manager duties:

  • Project manage jobs from start to finish paying attention to detail and being mindful of client requirements
  • Take briefs from Account Director or client
  • Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, manage client expectations when required and aim to deliver exceptional service.
  • Build and develop excellent relationships with the production teams to ensure there is a two way flow of information and both teams are working together to deliver for the client.
About the successful POS Account Manager
  • Proven experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients in the Print / POS industry.
  • Client side / Implant experience advantageous but not essential
  • Strong interest and passion in Health & Beauty is a must
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects within budget, with overlapping timescales, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, strong organisational ability and excellent time management.
