Health & Safety Manager – Warwick | Up to £45,000

Are you a seasoned Health & Safety professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for proactive safety culture? Ready to take the reins in a growing, forward-thinking organisation that blends professionalism with a friendly, down-to-earth vibe?

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Health & Safety Lead to champion best practices, drive compliance, and shape the future of safety across our business. Based in Warwick, this is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Board, offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the development and implementation of health & safety strategy across the organisation
  • Act as the go-to advisor for all H&S matters, supporting directors, managers, and staff
  • Monitor legislation and industry trends to keep our policies sharp and compliant
  • Deliver monthly KPI reports and present insights directly to the Board
  • Own key safety initiatives—from risk assessments and COSHH to fire safety, PPE, and contractor compliance
  • Drive training, awareness, and engagement across all teams
  • Manage audits, inspections, and external relationships with H&S bodies
What We’re Looking For
  • NEBOSH qualified with deep knowledge of UK H&S legislation
  • Proven experience at a senior level, ideally within a technical or design-led environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Skilled in planning, prioritising, and delivering results independently
  • Strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail
