Location: Oxfordshire/Hampshire
Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 + Benefits

The Role

• Lead and develop a regional HSE team (4-6 direct reports).
• Act as the go‑to specialist for all things Health, Safety & Environmental across property services, development and neighbourhoods.
• Drive risk reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Own incident reporting, investigation quality and stakeholder coaching.
• Deliver strategic HSE programmes aligned to our “Everyone Safe & Well” vision.
• Represent HSE at senior meetings and external forums.

What’s required from you

• Strong track record in HSE leadership roles.
• NEBOSH L6 Diploma (or equivalent) + environmental qualification.
• Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and coach.
• Experience shaping policies, raising standards and driving cultural change.
• A proactive mindset and the energy to make things happen.
