  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work on own and as a team player establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Support the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data.
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve the best service for clients.
  • Deal with client and member queries in line with service level agreements.
  • Champignon continuous improvement within the team.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge.
  • Quality check work for junior colleagues.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Act as a training and technical referral for colleagues.

We will count on you to :
