Lead with vision and impact! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Headteacher to strategically lead our vital Alternative Provision (AP) in the Burnley area, commencing January 2026.

This is a career-defining opportunity, with a salary up to 45,000, to transform the lives of vulnerable secondary students facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) barriers. You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial management, and operational excellence of the provision.

We are looking for a leader who will:

  • Drive a clear, trauma-informed vision for student success.

  • Oversee financial health, compliance, and reporting.

  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and champion student welfare.

  • Build strong community links and lead staff development in SEMH best practice.
