Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
  • Experience supporting pupils with diverse and complex learning and behavioural needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and school improvement processes.
  • Budget and resource management experience.
  • Relevant teaching qualification.

Headteacher

Location: South West England (commutable from major transport links)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications (not pro rata)
Hours: Monday – Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start Date: January 2026
