A leading educational provider in the UK is seeking a Head Teacher for a school catering to boys and girls aged 6-19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The role involves leading the teaching and coordination of flexible, person-centred programmes. You will be expected to lead the teaching of and co‑ordinate flexible, person‑centred programmes of study for individuals and groups of pupils. Head Teacher will be able to demonstrate a practical, hands‑on approach to teaching and be prepared to go above and beyond for the young people we support.
The school provides a broad and balanced curriculum for boys and girls aged 6‑19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Set in beautiful surroundings, it promotes outdoor learning through forest school, farm visits, and horse riding. Located within commuting distance of Swindon, Oxford, Andover, Basingstoke, Reading, and nearby areas, the school offers a supportive and nurturing environment where young people can build confidence and achieve their potential.
