The Role

As Head Waiter/Waitress, you will oversee the seamless operation of our fine-dining restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest receives impeccable service. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in a fast-paced, elegant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special guest requests.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold 5-star service quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a pristine dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) in Wine & Spirits is desirable but not essential.
