Overview

Soleado Restaurants is part of Hispania, a group of high-end Spanish restaurants located in London and Brussels. We are looking for someone to act as both a Host and Waiter / Head Waiter to join our team. Under the supervision of our Michelin-starred chef, Marcos Morán, our menus are based on traditional Spanish recipes and rated among the best Spanish culinary offers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and accommodate clients, in addition to the usual duties of a Waiter/Waitress.
• Support the service team to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
• Work under the supervision of the head chef and maintain knowledge of the menu and Spanish products.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in a similar restaurant and position.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine and Spanish products (cheeses, meats, oils, wines).
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required.
• Ability to work well within a team and develop a successful career in high-end restaurants.
• Hard-working with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
