Head Waiter/Waitress – Gaia London. Gaia London, part of Fundamental Hospitality, is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to join our award-winning team. Known for its refined Greek-Mediterranean cuisine and elegant dining experience, Gaia sets the standard for luxury hospitality in London. As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives world-class service. You will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience, supporting your team, and maintaining the seamless flow of service throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead your section with precision and energy, ensuring tables are managed efficiently.
• Oversee guest interactions, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
• Support and guide the Chef de Rang and wider service team.
• Coordinate table orders, pace courses, and uphold service standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels within your station.
