This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious school leader who is passionate about inclusive education, raising standards, and building a strong school culture rooted in care, creativity, and high achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and JTable to the whole school community
• Drive school improvement plans and raise attainment across KS1 & KS2
• Lead and support staff development and performance
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, governors, and the local authority
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, SEND, and Ofsted standards
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school environment

What Were Looking For:

• Proven senior leadership experience (e.g. Head, Deputy, or Acting Head)
• Strong understanding of primary curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment
• Demonstrated ability to lead school improvement initiatives
• Clear communicator and motivator of staff and pupils
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusive learning
