Our Restaurant

Be part of something extraordinary – join the opening team behind our stunning Solaya. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Host/Hostess to join the opening crew of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked‑about culinary destinations in 2025. Located on the 25th floor of the art’otel London Hoxton, the new restaurant, led by Michelin‑Starred Chef Kenny Atkinson, features a 70‑cover dining space and a 110‑cover cocktail bar with breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline. The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine – sunshine food for the soul.

Start Date

Expected start date: January 2026.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £14.04–£16.50 per hour (inclusive of TRONC allowance)
