  • Experience as a tutor, behaviour/pastoral lead, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a designated year group, promoting student achievement.
  • Support tutors within the year group for consistent pastoral care.
  • Monitor attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.
  • Identify students needing additional support and implement interventions.
  • Meet with students and parents to support engagement and progress.
  • Work with staff to promote a positive school environment.
  • Act as a role model and advocate for the year group.
  • Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing across the school.
