Job summary

A leading catering company in London seeks a Head of Workforce Planning and Operations to lead and inspire a dynamic workforce at The Championships, Wimbledon. You will manage the People Operations team, run high-volume recruitment campaigns, and ensure staff satisfaction in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. A background in events and workforce management is essential. This role offers up to £60,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, and 23 days’ annual leave.
