A leading home improvement company in the UK is seeking a Head of Social Impact to drive initiatives that create positive change in communities. This role involves leading projects related to Human Rights, Inclusion & Diversity, and Social Mobility, and requires a strong background in corporate responsibility and stakeholder engagement. In this brand new role, as Head of Social Impact, you will be the driving force behind Kingfisher's mission to create positive change for people and communities. Leading our Social Impact agenda, you'll champion initiatives across Communities, Human Rights, Inclusion & Diversity, and Social Mobility-embedding these ambitions into every part of our business. Working closely with retail banners and Group functions, you'll shape strategies that bring our 2030 Responsible Business goals to life and deliver on our purpose: Better homes, better lives for everyone.
