Job summary

Qualifications

• Child and adolescent mental health professional with strong leadership experience in education settings.
• Confidence representing the service at events.

Responsibilities

• Managing therapy and AP operations on Mon & Tues with a structured weekly handover.
• Overseeing therapy caseloads, interventions and staff supervision.
• Supporting curriculum and EHCP planning with education leaders.
• Leading quality assurance, safeguarding escalation and professional liaison.
• Conducting staff PDPs, observations and supporting recruitment.
• Reviewing policies, handbooks and maintaining high service standards.

Skills

Strong management and team leadership experience

Excellent communication and IT skills

Understanding of SENCO processes and EHCP needs

Knowledge of therapy supervision

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Education

Level 5+ education qualification
