We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take up thisModer exciting role to lead and to continue to develop the profession of radiology across the North Highland hospitals from the base within Raigmore Hospital.
You will be required to have excellent communication and team working skills to drive engagement across multiple teams and deliver good performance within services. You will provide the professional leadership to the Radiography staff within the Board in collaboration with the Service Lead for Radiology and the Management Team.
This role will provide expert professional, clinical and strategic leadership of the Radiology Service, including its radiography, sonography and clinical support workforce, across the sites and modalities.
In conjunction with the general management team you will assist with the delivery of National and local targets, such as waiting time guarantees.

The centre embraces both advanced practice and the employment of assistant practitioners. There is scope for further development of the team which can be achieved with the right leader at the helm.
Currently there are 37/36 hours available for this post however part time and flexible working will be considered.
The department supports continual professional development with the potential for further education opportunities.
Relocation expenses will be considered.
