We are seeking a results‑driven Head of Sales to spearhead the expansion across the EMEA, with the UK as the operational hub.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to build and lead a high‑performing team within a strategic gait and fast‑growing market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new client acquisition and significant revenue growth across the UK & EMEA region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within diverse industry sectors, focusing on equity and fixed income trading professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers in financial institutions, brokers and asset management firms.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Oversee deal negotiations and ensure successful contract closures.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine the sales strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
