Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally at a Head of Sales level.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with at least 100k ARR.
  • Ability to build and scale a sales team from scratch.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the sales team, processes, and pipeline.
  • Define and execute the sales strategy across various markets.
  • Drive outbound and inbound sales to close deals.
  • Manage targets, forecasting, and reporting for sustainable growth.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships.

Skills

Proven success in B2B SaaS sales ideally at Head of Sales or Sales Director level
Track record of closing enterprise deals (100k ARR)
Ability to build and scale a sales team
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
