Were looking for an experienced renewables professional to build a new line of business in clean energy generation across Duchy of Cornwall land and property. Reporting to the Executive Director for Purpose, youll play a central role in helping us reach our provisional target of 100MW of installed renewable capacity by 2035, delivering projects that support a fair and affordable net zero transition for our tenants, communities and the country.

Youll lead projects from site identification and commercial evaluation through design, environmental assessment, community engagement, planning and development to pre-construction. For smaller-scale projects, youll oversee delivery through to operation, and youll also manage land lease agreements with third-party developers where appropriate.
