Are you a visionary Quality leader ready to shape the future of sustainable manufacturing? We’re seeking a Head of QHSE to define and drive the organisation’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental strategy — embedding a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all levels of the business, working with first of a kind automation assembly processes, this is an exciting role with the scope to embed quality culture across the organisation.

This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver the company’s QHSE vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of QHSE professionals.
• Oversee and evolve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Integrate robust quality, safety, and environmental standards into every business process.
• Drive improvement through data, metrics, and structured problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC, FMEA).
• Build strong partnerships with customers, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team on all QHSE matters.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in quality, operational excellence, or HSE — ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or regulated industry.
• Proven success in embedding a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma, and business management systems.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Analytical, data-driven, and commercially astute — able to influence and inspire at all levels.
