Job description

The BoTree Club is redefining membership by blending fitness, wellness, connection and culture within a world-class hotel setting.

We are seeking a highly creative Head of Programming to shape and lead our class schedule and experiences calendar for members and hotel guests. You’ll be a visible presence in the Club, welcoming members and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our Conscious Luxury ethos.

Working closely with the Director of Wellness, you will:

  • Lead the class programming calendar, including all activities in the infrared studio
  • Work with instructors and personal trainers to build a balanced, inspiring timetable
  • Own the events and experiences calendar across wellness, movement, lifestyle and learning
  • Build partnerships with premium brands, specialists and facilitators
  • Host and deliver events with a warm, confident and engaging presence
  • Manage RSVPs, waitlists, attendance and digital visibility through the Club’s CRM
  • Collaborate with Membership, Wellness, F&B and Marketing for seamless delivery
  • Monitor engagement data and feedback to continually refine programming
  • Ensure every experience meets The BoTree’s service, operational and brand standards
About You
  • Proven experience in event programming, class scheduling or experience curation in wellness, fitness or premium hospitality
  • Ability to collaborate closely with instructors and trainers to design impactful timetables
  • Confident, engaging hosting style with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills; comfortable managing multiple events, partners and timelines
  • Experience using CRM or digital platforms to manage RSVPs and engagement
  • Creative mindset and intuition for what drives member interest and participation
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Passion for wellness, fitness and Conscious Luxury
  • Experience in pre‑opening or launch environments
  • Background in wellness, fitness or cultural programming
  • Network across premium brands, instructors and facilitators
  • An eye for visual presentation, branding or experience design
