Head of Product | Hybrid | UK | Senior Leadership

This is a newly created role at a business entering its next phase of growth.

The foundations are already in place: strong brands, significant scale, recent strategic investment and an established technology function. What’s missing is a senior product leader to bring structure, focus and commercial accountability.

The Head of Product will build the product function from the ground up defining how product works, what it prioritises and how success is measured with a direct line between product investment and business performance.

This is a critical hire. The decisions made in the next 18–24 months will materially shape growth, efficiency and long-term value.

  • Driving a culture of experimentation, learning and continuous improvement

You will be accountable for outcomes, not just delivery.
