A rapidly scaling organisation in the UK is looking for a Head of Power Platform / Modern Workplace. In this leadership role, you will define the strategy for Microsoft technologies, drive business adoption, and lead a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in Power Platform and Microsoft 365, including Power Apps and Power BI, along with strong stakeholder engagement abilities. This role offers a salary around £90K and is remotely based.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience across Modern Workplace, Power Platform, or M365-focused teams.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience establishing a Power Platform Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Modern Workplace & Power Platform strategy.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Champion user adoption and establish governance practices.
