Job description

Role: Head of PMO (Interim)

Location: Central London - Hybrid working model

Salary: £750 - £800 per day (inside IR35)

We are pleased to be working with a leading healthcare business with multi national reach who are looking to hire an interim Head of PMO for a maternity cover. This role will act as part of the leadership team, supporting the ongoing leadership of the project management office- with a strong focus on NPI and product expansions.

You will be responsible for managing project plans and leading the review meetings on a regular basis, working closely with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Operations and R&D to ensure smooth and successful product launches.

To be successful in this role we are looking for:

  • Experience in a healthcare/pharma/life sciences environment in similar roles
  • Previous project management experience- particularly relating to product launches and NPI
  • Prior experience of working with contract manufacturers would be very beneficial
  • Ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders

This role is for a quick start- ideally in October to facilitate a hand over and is likely to be a 7 month contract initially. It will operate inside IR35 and we can only consider people who have existing right to work in the UK and who can be available in the timeframe, with relevant sector experience. If you do not meet those criteria we will not be able to consider your application.

The role is based in Central London and will require regular in office attendance- at least 3 days per week.
