Royal Mail is accelerating its Out-of-Home (OOH) strategy, expanding our parcel locker network to deliver convenience and reliability for customers. To achieve this, we need a strong leader to ensure our locker network operates at the highest standards and supports our ambitious growth plans.
As Head of Maintenance – Lockers, you’ll take ownership of the maintenance strategy, ensuring network health, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team that keeps our lockers performing at 98% availability for customers.
The next stage of the selection process will be a face to face or virtual interview consisting of competency based and role specific questions.
