The Role

With a strong Inland Marine and Property foundation already in place, this business is ready to scale their international marine cargo offering and they want you to lead the charge

• Collaborate with the business to secure capacity, build direct broker partnerships worldwide utilizing their existing network
• Craft bold strategies that grow their global marine cargo book
• Travel, influence and leadership opportunities as you build out your team
• Receive a competitive base salary up to £200k plus a 33% profit share and the chance to unlock a significant payout once key targets are hit

• This is ideal for you if you're the or Marine Cargo Underwriter currently working within a corporate environment, feeling restricted on business you can or can't write, and feel held back having to wait for wholesalers to come to you
