The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic direction of IT and telephony, manage a talented team, and oversee budgets and vendor relationships. This remote role requires regular travel to the office in Basingstoke.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
• Expertise in managing telephony platforms (VoIP, SIP, cloud contact centre).
• Strong knowledge of networking and cybersecurity best practices.

• Own the architecture and resilience of the telephony platform.
• Lead and develop the IT & Telephony team.
