A North East client is looking for a strategic Head of HR to lead their HR and corporate services. You will be responsible for HR policy compliance, governance matters, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong governance knowledge, proven leadership experience, and superior communication skills. A degree in HR or business management is required, along with professional membership such as CIPD. This role offers a salary circa £85,000 and is based in Gateshead.
