A dynamic business in the UK is seeking a Head of HR to implement strategic people plans and lead the HR team. This hands-on role is ideal for a generalist with a strong background in employee relations. The successful candidate will partner with the business and ensure the HR team delivers effectively. Professional support will be provided by a fractional HRD.
HEAD OF HR
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of HR role is a new position for Edward Vinson. With the support of a fractional HRD, EV have been working to develop and implement a strategic people plan for this fast paced and dynamic business. Now with a new HRIS in place but with much more still to do, the business is ready for a Head of HR who will take responsibility for continuing to deliver against the plan whilst providing day to day leadership for the rest of the HR team, including an experienced Payroll Manager and Recruitment Manager. The right candidate will be a generalist with a strong employee relations background and an understanding of what it means to truly partner the business as an HR professional. This is a hands on role which may suit someone who has been a strategic business partner and now feels ready to lead their own team. The role will continue to have the professional support and mentorship from the fractional HRD.
